Analyst, Data Analytics$16/Hr

Role Objectives:

Analysts form the foundation of our team. They work closely with teammates and other stakeholders to wrangle data, field analytic requests, and develop as data storytellers.

This role will support our work with a large pharmaceutical client. You will track campaign performance for diabetes, immunology, oncology and neurology prescription brands. Through leading and lagging metrics you’ll develop insights that help strategy and media buying teams maximize impact across streaming platforms, social networks and partner websites. Our clients are innovative and hungry, and so are we. Our analysts are comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to juggle multiple projects and speak to multiple audiences. They are more than number crunchers; they are data detectives who seek to answer the “why” behind a trend. They are team players with a strong desire to learn, discover and grow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, etc. with the ability to use advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with web and media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.) preferred.
• B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising, or relata ed field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or, Looker Studio preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write professionally.
• Comfort collaborating in a remote/hybrid environment over Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, Python, R, or other analytic tools.
• 1+ year experience conducting quantitative analysis in a professional, academic, or other capacity.

Compensation Range: $52,500-$80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
