We're looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our energetic team in North America. In this exciting role, you'll have the chance to work remotely, with occasional weekend work, as part of our vibrant and forward-thinking organization.
What You'll Do
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice of the brand, shaping and growing the online community. Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with consumers, fans, and communities across various social channels, managing day-to-day social media presence for our esteemed clients.
Delivering timely social media performance reports, analyzing key metrics, and providing valuable recommendations to optimize engagement and impact.
Crafting engaging organic content, staying true to the brand's unique tone of voice (TOV) and guidelines.
Actively participating in proactive and reactive engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand's TOV and ever-evolving platform developments.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, curate, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
Sharing valuable insights, emerging trends, and cultural conversations gained from social media tools with clients and internal strategists.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:
Familiarity with the capabilities and offerings of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
Ability to adapt your writing style and voice to align with various brands and their unique nuances.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social platform developments and industry trends.
Strong collaborative skills, allowing you to work seamlessly across multiple teams and departments.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and executing successful brand strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
