Here's What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our success by developing and executing a recruiting strategy to attract top-notch clinicians and match them with staffing assignments.
Craft and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to identify and attract talented clinicians.
Showcase the incredible services we offer and promote yourself as a trusted partner to potential clinicians.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and negotiating, credentialing, and onboarding.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including cold-calling, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and job boards, to find the best candidates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with qualified clinicians and present them to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and supervision to clinicians, ensuring smooth and successful assignments.
