Job Description
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing remote patient monitoring solutions for individuals with chronic health conditions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as Patient Intake Specialists, Remote Patient Monitoring Specialists, and Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enrolling individuals with diabetes or hypertension in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, a valuable benefit offered by their insurance providers. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist with us, you will be an integral part of our mission to improve the lives of those we serve. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a high volume of inbound calls, maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling appointments, updating medical records and insurance reports, and providing administrative support. We are seeking individuals who are not only proficient in customer service but also passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
Location Requirement: Must reside in the State of Indiana
Maintain meticulous records of all patient communications
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Update and organize medical records and insurance documentation
Regularly update patient charts
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Provide efficient and accurate responses to callers, offering appropriate solutions while ensuring a supportive and positive experience
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively
Actively engage in training and ongoing learning to enhance knowledge of the company and your role
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Skills And Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales call center environment is advantageous
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Strong social perceptiveness and a dedication to exceptional customer service
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
Outstanding customer service skills, active listening ability, and strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional phone demeanor
Availability during flexible shifts between 9 am to 5 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, or 12 pm to 8 pm
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
PC (no MAC) with a minimum 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and 40 GB of free space (a computer test will be conducted)
Excellent computer navigation skills (ability to navigate between multiple windows and programs)
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
Access to high-speed internet at home via ETHERNET (No WIFI, Hotspot, or Wireless)
A quiet, distraction-free home office space
