Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor conversations related to the accounts and gather insights for our content ideas
  • Handling Rey digital channel (such as FB/ IG/ TW/ App & Play Store/ Tiktok/ Telegram)
  • Optimize and maintain our social media response rate
  • Interact with audience and other users to keep the account's interaction high
  • Ensure any comments & messages are replied swiftly


Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing skills would be highly considered
  • Bachelor degree from Communication or Marketing major
  • Great communication skill, have a friendly personality, responsive & proactive
  • Social media savvy, up to date with current social media trends
