Join us in a full-time hourly role, where you'll collaborate with a supportive and dynamic remote team. As a valued team member, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000, depending on your experience.

Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And ZenDesk (Preferred).
Familiarity with accounting and/or property management terminology (Preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for de-escalation techniques.
Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in an omnichannel environment.
Independent problem-solving skills and a keen troubleshooting mindset.
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
