Position: Human Resource Representative

Your Mission
As a Human Resource Representative, you'll take the lead in crafting "Wow" moments for both external and internal customers. With a personalized client base and expert guidance, you'll deliver tailor-made Insperity Human Resource solutions that drive growth, retention, and business excellence. Your proactive approach will involve consulting, developing, and implementing Human Resources performance management strategies to ensure compliance and propel success.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on liability management, performance reviews, policy administration, and employee counseling.
Champion productive HR practices and streamlined communications to enhance productivity and reduce liability.
Conduct employee exit interviews and coordinate liability management training.
Collaborate on impactful presentations and contribute to client data analysis.
Forge strong relationships with internal departments to create customized client reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of two to four years' Human Resource generalist experience, with a focus on employee relations.
