Job Description
The Executive Assistant at Insureon will support the President of the company and act as a liaison between the leadership team, business leaders, prospects and senior leaders in the industry. The role involves managing scheduling for company executives, drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of company executives, maintaining various records and documents, coordinating work with senior leadership team, organizing and preparing for meetings, attending meetings and taking notes of discussion, preparing the initial draft of minutes and summaries, completing a variety of special projects, preparing, reconciling, and submitting expense reports on behalf of company executives, coordinating travel arrangements on behalf of company executives, and routinely performing a wide variety of support duties. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management and organization skills, ability to multitask, and adeptness at using computer software and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The role is remote and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000.
