Your Role
Lead the full cycle recruiting process for our corporate positions, from sourcing to selecting top-notch candidates.
Be the proud HRIS administrator, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records while providing system support.
Help create a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for our employees, making sure they feel welcomed and valued.
Drive employee engagement through team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Represent our company with pride at career fairs and networking events, showcasing our amazing employer brand.
Your Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
2-3 years of proven HR experience with a focus on onboarding, employee engagement, and full-cycle recruiting.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across the organization.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; tech-savvy individuals preferred.
