Position: Director of Marketing and Leasing
As our Director of Marketing and Leasing, you will be at the forefront of our leasing efforts, leading our marketing programs, and guiding our communities towards achieving their leasing goals. Your expertise in strategic planning and creative marketing will be essential as we continue to expand our portfolio of 7+ student living communities.
Your Role
Craft and implement captivating marketing strategies that drive community leasing efforts, ensuring our communities thrive.
Unleash your creativity by developing visually appealing content and brand identities for our student living communities, including a robust social media presence.
Collaborate with our operations team to create stunning digital and print collateral that truly represents the spirit of our communities.
Be a beacon of inspiration to our leasing teams, motivating them to excel in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize property management software effectively to streamline lead generation and follow-up activities, ensuring no prospective resident is left unattended.
Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
Implement unique sales techniques and foster strong relationships with prospective residents and campus partners to boost occupancy and encourage resident retention.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of leasing and marketing experience.
Expertise in using Entrata property management software.
Familiarity with Edge to learn is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
