: On going contract, this is a 40 hour work week


Rate:


$25-30/hr


In this role you will:


  • Manage our clients social media presence across FB, IG, TikTok and Snapchat
  • Create captions for all social posts and craft campaign copy for events, contests and other initiatives to promote interaction and support the brand Social strategy and community management:
  • Grow social media engagement and utilize social listening tools
  • Engage with comments and questions and elevate any inquiries published across all social platforms to the customer service team Internal Communications + Reporting:
  • Analyze trends using Google Analytics and native platforms
  • Monitor competitor news and developments, industry trends, and keep our team informed of key findings
  • Create and maintain an updated editorial calendar of upcoming social events and product releases
  • Schedule and publish posts across each platform
  • Create monthly reports to track social media growth and performance across all channels
