Pr & Social Media Intern

Bernard James Fine Jewelry is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a PR and Brand Intern for the Fall semester. As an intern, you will work directly with our team to assist with various aspects of PR and branding, including but not limited to:

• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
• Assisting with event planning and execution
• Assisting with social media management and content creation
• Researching and identifying potential brand partnerships and collaborations
• Preparing pulls and media clippings
• Assisting with influencer outreach and gifting programs
• Developing and executing PR campaigns

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently - Very important!
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
• Passion for the luxury industry and interest in fine jewelry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Social media savvy with a deep understanding of various social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Duration: 20hrs/week, 3-6 months, flexible start and end dates - ideally starting immediately through the fall semester

Compensation: monthly stipend + school credit available
