Social Media Intern for 15-20 hours per week to support:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Intern/Content Creator to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our content strategy across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing engaging and compelling content, such as videos, infographics, social media captions, and posting to platform.

A strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media platform (TikTok, IG) success tactics, excellent writing skills, and the ability to research and curate relevant and captivating topics are essential for success in this role.

In addition to content management, you will be responsible for optimizing content to drive organic traffic and improve our online visibility. Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics will be part of your day-to-day tasks, allowing you to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

As a Social Media Content Intern, you should stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and appealing to our target audience. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to adapt your writing style to suit different platforms and target demographics. Responsibilities include:

• Increase social media campaigns by meeting content calendar deadlines
• Platform-specific trend analysis
• Influencer outreach
• Assisting with copy, graphic and calendar creation across all social media channels
• Assist marketing team with content ideas, creative briefs, and influencer campaign
• Managing media library
• Working with the social media team to develop and conduct digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Curious and creative
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
• Analytics are not a problem for you and you have experience working with Excel and other platforms
• Experienced with Excel, Photoshop and Canva, Capcut other editing platforms
• Passion for social media and beauty
• You have to be active on social media and a good network in this industry
• Social media analytics experience
• Knowledge of influencer marketing/Experience with influencer research
• Willing to create marketing ideas with a small team of creatives
