Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager | Location: New York, NY | Company: NYLO Aesthetics | Department: Marketing


JOB SUMMARY

As the social media intern, you will be responsible for curating the social media

content and strategy across NYLO Aesthetics and MyJetPeel. This includes planning,

implementing, managing and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to

increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (including photos, videos, and written copy) that aligns with the brand's voice and values
  • Employ organic tools to grow our social media pages
  • Engage with followers/commenters
  • Create digital content for marketing events, promotions, product launches and collateral materials
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, and incorporate new trends and best practices into the brand's social media strategy
  • Pull, analyze, and report on social analytics (ROI, engagement, etc.) by using social media analytics tools to track and report on the success of social media campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Create and manage a content calendar that includes social media content, videos, and other types of content that resonate with our target audience, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, monitoring performance metrics and using insights for campaign optimization. Content to include: at least 3 stories per day (can be reshares from clients), 3 posts a week (mix of static and reels).
  • Develop relationships with bloggers, influencers, and journalists in the wellness/fitness space


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be proficient in English
  • BS in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • Submit samples of your work - screenshots/links/insta handle
  • 1+ year of social media marketing experience running IG/TikTok handle
