Social Media Coordinator Jobs

Legacy fast fashion company based in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a full time Social Media Coordinator with a passion for creativity and excitement to contribute their ideas to a social media rebrand!

You will be working with the Senior Social Media Manager to develop primary content campaigns on Instagram/Tiktok building your strategic skill set.

Must have 2 + years of social and content creation experience to be considered.

This position will work out of our newly built Rainbow Creator Studio located in downtown Brooklyn off the G or 2/3!

You will be on set Monday- Wednesday working with talent and senior leadership! Remote Thursdays and Fridays!

Core Responsibilities

● Assisting with the brand TikTok strategy and channel execution

● Assisting with Community Management as needed

● Creating weekly social media trend reports

● Joining team brainstorms and ideat TikTok and IG concepts

● Creating and editing TikTok and IG Reel content

● Schedule posts on all TikTok

● Assist with content planning

● Assist on set for content shoots Qualifications:

● Avid social media user and engager (with emphasis on TikTok and IG)

● Have strong written skills to know how to create engaging captions.

● Assist in the creation and implementation of monthly content schedule

● Knowledgeable about trending social media memes, sounds, and viral pop culture moments

● Experience making and editing TikToks and IG Reels (doing voice overs, lip syncing, using special effects etc.)

● Creativity and willingness to think outside the box

● An eye for fashion and current fashion trends

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the $60,000 to $ 70,000 per year; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions.
