Lili is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team:

In this position, you will lead marketing initiatives, social media, creative writing, customer case studies, creative video production, and much more. Our ideal candidate is equal parts creative, organized with great project management skills and a team player.

We are looking for someone with a passion for bringing to life great ideas and an endless hunger to win with every initiative.

About the team:

The marketing team is responsible for creating and executing marketing materials that present Lili’s mission and product for small business owners in the US. Team members work closely with key stakeholders across growth and product.

What you will do:

  • Lead customer relationships in order to produce written and video customer case studies and stories.
  • Ideate and execute cross-channel creative marketing initiatives.
  • Manage hands-on social media including the curation, repurposing, and production of original content around small businesses, banking, accounting, Fintech, etc.
  • Lead PR and communications initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong working relationships, manage projects and lead a cross-functional team through planning and execution processes.
  • Proven track record of successful and relevant marketing, social and writing initiatives.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role as a marketing or social media manager in a tech B2C/B2SMB company.

  • Salary Range (NYC): $80-120k. Final salary to be determined based on background and experience. The range may be different if a candidate is located outside New York City.
