Social Media & Marketing Manager (Professional Services) - Remote | Wfh

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative full-service agency. Ideally, the candidate will have a background in FinTech/Financial or Professional Services, either from an agency or brand perspective.
As the Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our Executive Creative Director to develop and execute our marketing plan, ensuring that our editorial calendar is meticulously planned and followed.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director to craft and execute the marketing plan, including meticulous management of the editorial calendar.
Manage the publication of news articles on our website and social media platforms. Coordinate the creation of opinion pieces and thought leadership articles as part of the marketing strategy.
Efficiently distribute agency reports, which are published three times a year.
Oversee the agency's quarterly newsletter and other client communications as needed.
Curate engaging content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) to foster audience engagement.
Supervise and optimize the agency's Google Ads campaigns across our multiple offices.
Identify and utilize advertising opportunities, strategically placing ads on social media and other digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with design and digital teams to develop marketing materials such as case studies and credentials.
Maintain accurate mailing lists in collaboration with the New Business Manager.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
Possess 5-7 years of robust experience in Social Media Management and Marketing within an agency or in-house brand environment.
Proficiency in content management, with a hands-on approach.
Demonstrate exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content across various formats, including text, images, and videos.
Advanced expertise in SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
Profound familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Exhibit strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interactions.
Skilled in generating clear and insightful reports, as well as effectively escalating issues.
Thrive in a high-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Possess a solid understanding of online marketing channels.
Familiarity with web design and digital content management systems.
