ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and placing high-level technical and digital talent for contract and permanent placement opportunities with Mondo clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach and leveraging our existing database.

• Working well within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.

• Attending daily meetings designed to foster collaboration and communication between teams.

• We are a metrics-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving activity and achieving attainable KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
