Responsibilities:
- Evaluates recruitment metrics to identify trends, potential challenges, and indicators of success
- Executes appropriate and effective efforts to ensure a diverse pool of candidates is represented in all recruitment initiatives and programs
- Leverages understanding of the candidate marketplace to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Partners with internal recruitment peers, external agencies, technical and vocational schools, military programs, and workforce groups to broaden strategic scope and seek out new talent pools
- Develops and executes a high-volume recruitment strategy for Non-Retail Facilities across multiple states
- Partners with Hiring Leaders to understand talent needs, priorities, and timelines
Skills:
- Ensures recruitment initiatives are consistent with Whole Foods Market Core Values and Leadership Principles
- Creates a reputation of communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners
- Strong knowledge of high-volume recruitment concepts, practices, and processes and serves as a subject matter expert to the organization, experience with Veteran, Distribution and/or Production recruitment preferred
- Models a high-level of recruitment operational excellence and a strong commitment to customer service
- Recognizes and proactively addresses issues related to end-to-end recruitment processes
- Effectively collaborates with others in groups, and/or cross-functional settings both internally and externally
Education & Experience:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
