Recruiter Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist their organization.

This role is a hybrid model with one or two days onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Review background check reports and escalate any issues as needed.
• Responds to recruiter requests for support in scheduling meetings, scheduling interviews via phone and email, filing documents, and preparing for presentations and meetings.
• Support the client's Talent Acquisition recruiters.
• Enters information into a talent acquisition system or electronic record-keeping system as appropriate.
• Supporting the new hire onboarding program with communications and on-site support 1 to 3 times a month.
• Responds to routine questions from candidates regarding drug tests, interviews, and the application process.
• Collects and files documentation, including job descriptions, requisitions, assessment results, and hiring matrices.
• Support pulling data, reports, and auditing information while ensuring the data's accuracy.
• Schedule candidate assessments and interviews.
• Entering sensitive data to hire employees into necessary systems.
• Launching background checks and drug screens for candidates, scheduling physical exams for some candidates, reviewing, and entering data into the Workday system.
• Answering candidate and hiring manager questions.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Skills.
• High school diploma.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills in email, over the phone, and in person.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

• HR experience.
• Onboarding experience.
• I-9 auditing experience.

Systems Utilized:

• Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Sterling.
• E-Verify
• Workday.
