We are looking for a dynamic, accomplished Senior Program Manager to join our Global Enablement organization and lead our Global Sales Onboarding program. This individual will be responsible for working alongside our sales leaders, Enablement team, and stakeholders across the business to develop, manage, and facilitate a comprehensive sales onboarding journey, delivering best-in-class enablement experiences to accelerate our sellers onboarding and productivity.The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and has a proven track record of managing strategic enablement programs and experience executing sales onboarding strategies. Additionally, a successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver highly effective programs with measurable business impact.


Your Responsibilities:


As the Global Onboarding Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Global Sales Onboarding program, which includes:


  • Managing program, participant, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to plan, design, and deliver the onboarding program, including self-paced learning, live and virtual in-person experiences, peer-to-peer learning, and assessments.
  • Facilitating live, in-person, and virtual aspects of the onboarding program.
  • Measuring program effectiveness and business impact.
  • Partnering with Sales and Enablement leaders to ensure alignment with other role-base enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Building and managing a roadmap to develop and evolve the program in pace with business changes and product portfolio growth.
  • Analyzing participant performance to identify opportunities to improve and expand the program.
  • Continuing to develop the onboarding experience needed for seller success from day one to full productivity.
  • Developing the operations, processes, and logistics required to deliver a strategic, scalable program at regular intervals and managing the program budget.
  • Engaging, aligning, and communicating with program stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partners, and Customer Experience.
  • Managing and influencing project teams and content contributors to ensure delivery of a high quality, consistent, and reliable onboarding program that effectively supports multiple sales roles and levels.


Skills and Competencies Needed:


  • Strong team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate, motivate, influence, and advise indirect staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute global, scalable learning programs to increase sales performance and drive desired outcomes.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of sales motions, sales process, and sales metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration skills.
  • Experience measuring program effectiveness.
  • 6-8 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Onboarding, and Program Management.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for learning with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
  • PMP certification a plus.


The annual base salary range is: $89,000.00 – $191,000.00 Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.


This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
