Responsibilities:


  • Work in partnership with marketing team to establish top prospects to target each month
  • Deliver comprehensive demos to potential customers in under 45 minutes
  • Convert non-members via a marketing initiative into becoming a member
  • Convert existing Quartz Network members into using Quartz Network Solutions or signing up for an upcoming summit
  • Use Outreach and other email systems to increase outreach and productivity
  • Manage a large member database to prioritize key leads and initiatives (data management)
  • Work in partnership with CSM and Marketing Team to filter and suppress appropriate members (using various tech and marketing platforms)
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture


Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High need for achievement – you love to compete and win
  • Passion for sales – you are looking to learn and get better
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic & unfazed by rejection
  • Ability to work with several tech platforms and manage high volumes of data
  • Coachable– you listen to understand, and implement feedback consistently
  • Expected to make 60+ phone calls and 5+ demos a day
  • 1-2 years of sales or CSM experience
  • Resourceful– You go over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
