Global Sales Operations Program Manager
The PMO, at our Technology Client, is running business and technology programs and improvements around policies and systems processes. The Program Manager will work closely with senior executives and other leaders on strategic prioritization of programs, ROI, metrics, resource, and budget allocation to sales operations programs.

- Target Start: June- August - with some flexibility
- LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid schedule – weekly mix of 2-3 onsite & work from home days)
Engagement Responsibilities
- Run regular product engagement meetings with program core team to track progress, dependencies and escalate risks for resolution.
- Manage program dependencies, risks, key design decisions, etc.
- Lead the steering committee and other key governance discussions with senior executives to drive decision making on important topics that impact the program’s execution.
- Oversee and report on budget and resource allocation to the program.
- Track the Change management strategy and implementation of the change adoption plan including its timelines and milestones.
- Manage all phases of the program through successful delivery.
- Create and manage the execution plan including timelines, milestones, critical path etc.
- Set up required JIRA dashboards to track the EPICs, user stories by different aspects like status, Sprint allocation, velocity, burn-down rate, approvals, dependencies etc.
- Manage inter-dependencies with other programs.
- Manage the change control mechanism setup to track and address changes to different aspects like technical/functional changes to scope, program cost or its schedule.
- Ensure the Support plan is set up to manage questions/issues post-production deployment, including timelines & milestones.
- Track the product Testing strategy (technical and functional testing), including participation of Biz stakeholders in testing, its timelines, sequencing & milestones.
Proactively hold stakeholders accountable for delivering on the program and project plan.
- Work with the Product Manager and IT Eng Lead to plan timelines, resource needs and interdependencies for the feature implementation in the roadmap
- Roadmap Management
- Create a roadmap of business features to be delivered for the Domain being managed, linking it with the overall strategic prioritization.
- Successfully to drive collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Global Sales Operations area that focuses on Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Pricing Operations Process and Policy work and Operations around Process and Policy. Global Operations PMO that partners extensively with IT and Product teams.
- Set up dashboards required to track the implementation status of the business features.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with business-related technologies and platforms
- BS/BA degree in Business or Technology-related field, Agile Project Management certification, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience leading major programs in a complex global corporate setting.
- SaaS experience and experience in Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Pricing Operations, or Sales Process and Policy work.
- Effective communicator, Problem-solving, Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, adaptable to a high-change environment with new concepts and/or processes.
- 8+ years Program Management experience
Preferred Experience
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Experience with strategy and data visibility programs, revenue, or entitlement management systems are preferred.
Salary range $550-800/daily W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
