Senior Program Manager Jobs

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team hybrid in Mountain View, CA!

**This is a 6-month W2 contract with paid holidays, benefits and the opportunity for extension or conversion!**

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating in relationships with internal stakeholders, and external agencies and

vendors to ensure best-in-class work is consistently delivered

• Strategic thought partnership and ability to translate innovative experiential concepts into

real life broadcasts on a global scale

• Managing and nurturing both internal and external production vendors, to evolve the

business and deliver ever greater experiences

• Managing the operational components of production and delivery, including the creation of

project plans, show flows, and technical choices

• Managing production budgets, and keep stakeholders informed and updated from

planning through execution

• Effectively influence partners and vendors to deliver against competing event

schedules/priorities on a holistic and day-to-day basis'

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in experiential live event production and delivery, leading and executing internal

and external experiences end-to-end

• Proven track record of deep customer empathy
• Experience in project management and program management
• Data-driven with the ability to demonstrate how events align with and make an impact on

the overall business and marketing strategy of a global organization

• Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights,
• Proven expertise in leading complex, global event experience production and delivery

develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans

• Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence at all levels of the

organization
