Onboarding Sales Manager Jobs

Collaborate with division leaders and HR management to develop onboarding processes and implement best practices to improve the onboarding process

Knowledge of state, federal or other local compliance requirements and employment laws relating to the hiring process

5+ years of records management and/or IT database management or related experience

1 to 3 years of management or supervisory experience required, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm

Proactively identifies process exceptions requiring active management

High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively

Manages lifecycle of materials in various document repositories relating to the matter mobility process

Experience with project management, onboarding, or implementations involving advising customers and building strategic relationships

Implement new technology to automate customer lifecycle management

Strong verbal communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product or service to potential customers

Support team performance and development, identifying coaching opportunities including leveraging internal resources such as Account Executives and Sales Managers

Build and nurture relationships for high-value customers to ensure high quality service and manage all reporting of health within these accounts

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations into product roadmap that enhance the customer experience

Work with your engineers and/or product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog and create short term and long-term goals

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of experience managing engineering teams

Experience providing active mentorship and career guidance

Experience architecting, building, and scaling distributed systems

Experience launching consumer facing products and iterating through data-driven experimentation

Proven experience in sales enablement, sales enablement program management, sales training, or a similar role within a fast-paced sales environment.

Develop and manage consistent internal and external brand communications:

Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills

Make 50 contact calls/day plus Scheduled Onboardings: we will adjust the rhythm as needed

Clearly and thoroughly document activities both related to time spent and information about contacts made

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Oversee the onboarding process for new users, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively present ideas.

Experience in onboarding or user success.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

6-8 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Onboarding, and Program Management.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems.

Continuing to develop the onboarding experience needed for seller success from day one to full productivity.

Engaging, aligning, and communicating with program stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partners, and Customer Experience.

Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration skills.

- Previous experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress etc.

Ensuring the account creation metric is performing well and constantly improving

Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog

Increase conversion rate of registration flow

3+ years of Account Management and/or Onboarding Experience in SaaS

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling the company's products and services to existing clients.

Ability to travel to client site
