6 years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or sales development

Project Manage business transformation projects to re-engineer business processes to ensure they meet Global Operations’ strategic objectives and goals.

Develop project charter, project plans, defining the problem statement, vision/plan, success criteria, business benefits, budget/financial analysis support, and accountability.

Manage cross-functional project teams (internal and external) to implement transformation solutions.

Solve complex problems through demonstration of thought leadership and influencing skills.

Hands-on experience managing business process reengineering projects.

6-8 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Onboarding, and Program Management.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems.

Continuing to develop the onboarding experience needed for seller success from day one to full productivity.

Engaging, aligning, and communicating with program stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partners, and Customer Experience.

Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience / evidence of exceptional ability
