We’re looking for a passionate, talented Sr. Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success & Academy team in the NYC area (70% remote) for flexibility to meet for in-person client activations. Our team is committed to building engaging programs and experiences aimed at helping partners harness the collective power of communities with Reddit Ads. As a trusted partner success and enablement expert, you will play a vital role in partnering closely with our Global Agency Development, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define how we’ll inspire and educate our advertising partners.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful IRL and ILT partner success & academy programs, as well as strong project management skills. You should be able to work independently and prioritize/communicate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do


  • Partner with Product Marketing to continuously enhance how we go to market with new product launches at scale
  • Work with Sr. Partner Enablement PM to execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability
  • Partner closely with the Education at Scale Task Force teams to establish priorities for client education, go-to-market strategies & programming packages
  • Plan and develop in-person/ virtual experiences to scale education and optimize advertiser onboarding process
  • Support workstream for program metrics and effectively assess program impact/success
  • Collaborate with Business Marketing to establish best-in-class methods to provide ongoing communication to inspire partners and keep Reddit top of mind
  • Develop a plan to amplify existing and net new certification programs
  • Identify creative ways to empower advertising partners to incorporate Reddit Ads into their media mix


What We Can Expect From You


  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and likes the challenge of building new and innovative things
  • Must have demonstrated expertise in digital/social media advertising and prior product education experience
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and act upon data
  • Experience in developing scaled learning experiences such as packaging up courses for on-demand training, IRL or virtual client-facing instructor-led workshops & webinars
  • Experience building partner training content and programs
  • Passionate about deeply understanding your customers; you are exceptional at listening, a master of asking open-ended questions, conducting interviews, and synthesizing feedback
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of the problem and develop the appropriate solution
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
  • Genuinely likes helping others and has a service-oriented mindset
  • You have a passion for the written word and content creation
  • A knack for simplifying complex subject matter
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up or an agency
  • Knowledge of partner academy technology and tools, including learning management systems (Intellum, Workramp), Slido, Rise, and others.

This job posting may span more than one career level.


In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.


The Base Pay Range For This Position Is


$134,900—$202,400 USD
