Marketing Senior Analyst/Associate

We are a venture-backed ethical apparel brand looking for an "awesome" entrepreneurial Marketing Senior Analyst/Associate, with at least 2 years of experience, reporting directly to the CEO and COO. This role is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and develop valuable skills in a fast-growing environment with teammates in different time zones.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze results and provide insights on new opportunities
• Collaborating cross-functionally with design, operations, and technical partners
• Drive key marketing campaigns across digital channels to ensure high impact and timely delivery
• Shape and craft our brand story and vision through both visual and written content development
• Identify and executenew marketing projects, reporting to the team on their progress to ensure timely launches
• Support the creative teams in social media marketing; assisting in the planning, creation, and overall growth of our social media accounts

Requirements:

- A completed undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field

- Must have at least 2 years of marketing, business analyst, agency, and/or consulting experiences

- Strong understanding of social media and fashion industry trends

- A team player that is enthusiastic about collaborating with team members across different time zones

- Eager to tackle any problem that may arise within a startup business with a positive attitude

- Practical communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively to achieve results

- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many tasks at once

- A self-starting personality and can-do attitude

- An ability to problem-solve independently

- Express a positive attitude and ability to own all assigned projects fully

Preferred:

- Experience with Google Suite, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo

- Previous experience or strong understanding of fashion, retail marketing or the direct-to-consumer industry

Salary Range:

- $70,000-$90,000
