The Senior Manager of Customer Operations will play an integral role in the management of day to day operations; including responsibilities of production, inventory management, shipping and fulfillment, and vendor management. The current role will focus on Consumer Operations, but may also have involvement in other business units kitting operations. This individual will partner cross functionally to develop and deploy long-term strategic plans, ensure that the appropriate operational, supply chain processes and systems are in place that are compliant with corporate policies.
Responsibilities:
- Hold weekly meetings with fulfillment vendors to align on key priorities and business updates.
- Support business initiatives on the launch of new products and offerings; including, new kit development and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the commercial and product developments teams to create actionable plans that drive business growth.
- Implement cost savings initiatives across operational function of the business.
- Facilitate the escalation of operational issues with key stakeholders to seek resolution.
- Develop, review, analyze, modify and implement efficient and effective operations department processes, procedures, and systems with a focus on driving, optimizing and standardizing performance.
- Document key operational process and create / maintain new SOPs.
- Identify and implement key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor the health of Consumer Operations (i.e. forecast accuracy and volume attainment).
Minimum Required:
- B.S. or B.A. degree desired.
- 5+ years in Operations / Supply Chain experience, within e-commerce / Pharma / Medical device preferred.
Recommended:
- 7+ years in Operations / Supply Chain experience, within e-commerce / Pharma / Medical device preferred.
- B.S. or B.A. degree desired. MBA preferred.
Pay Range: $100,000 to $110,000 - annually.
