Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Operations department. As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, optimizing operations, and enhancing overall efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to streamline processes and implement best practices. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing operations within the education technology sector.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Marketing Operations Management:

  • Optimize marketing workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Implement and manage marketing technology stack, ensuring proper integration, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, marketing automation, and data governance.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and successful delivery.
  • Develop project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create project schedules and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and time constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the data analytics team to gather insights, perform data analysis, and leverage customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, such as product management, content development, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to align marketing and campaign processes, improve lead management, and enhance overall customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), and data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing operations, preferably within the education technology, Ed Tech industry, or D2C.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Fluent English is a must for this position.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for education and a deep understanding of the education technology landscape.
  • Ability to use data to optimize day to day performance; experience developing and managing A/B testing strategies.
