Comfort and experience with upper management communication and presentations, both written and verbal.

Prior new item development / project management experience.

Manages new product development activity including cross-functional team development when projects are initiated with a strategic customer.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory. This would include but not limited to presentations (written and verbal), memos, emails etc.

Manages assortment in retail accounts by managing new item process, distribution expansion, and underperforming/at-risk items
