All About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on executive to consolidate and lead our business operations functions through excellent leadership, operational execution, process transformation, change management and communication capabilities. The SP, Global Business Operations will lead strategic, transformational, and operational improvement with a cross functional team to enable process, technology and organizational effectiveness across Professional Services, and Support. This individual must be able to work collaboratively across the organization engaging across our global teams.
The candidate must be a proven business leader with the desire and experience to drive strategic change and operational execution, skilled in leading large-scale businesses and diverse teams with analytics, communication, execution, and collaboration. The candidate must be an innovative operations leader with a track record of revamping organizations by leveraging technology to gain competitive advantage and drive growth, must be able to build trust through relationships with people throughout all levels of organization, and will serve as a resource and advisor to the Majesco Leadership Team. This role should champion culture change and shift the organization toward greater execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships and processes with professional services, production support, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to execute the operational priorities.

• Develop and maintain a multi-tiered partner model and communicate capabilities and availability to both Majesco delivery and resource management teams.
• Demonstrate ability to understand and present Majesco partner strategies, and interface and drive results at the executive management levels with Majesco, Majesco Services partners, and other external parties.
• Drive increased Services and Support revenue via management of the resource and partner management team in executing the most efficient scheduling strategies to increase and maintain capacity and utilization targets
• Develop and support global partner initiatives including, but not limited to, partner enablement programs.
• Develop and maintain a global Majesco’s partner strategy and lead all related Majesco partner programs.
• Drive increased revenue via the development of strategic partners to fulfill services contracts where internal skills are absent and/or unavailable.
• Provide Majesco leadership with accurate and timely global capacity, headcount, forecast, utilization, and productivity reports on a consistent and recurring basis.

• Experience building a high performing Operations team through attracting, developing and retaining top talent
• Able to resolve conflicts and identify solutions to move projects to successful completion; able to develop transition plans to move organization from current process to future state.
• Proven capabilities in budget development, operational effectiveness and cost/productivity analysis; ability to leverage metrics and analytic tools to craft a compelling message
• Strong understanding of SaaS business model and operational needs
• Global accessibility as well as the ability to seamlessly work with remote teams
• Ability to effectively communicate current processes and future solution recommendations
