Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.

Forta is not only providing ABA services to our clients, but we’re also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that elevate clinicians to work smarter by surfacing the latest and most relevant case data. WHAT YOU'LL DO (Responsibilities):

• Ability to gather and document requirements while managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Develops program planning documents (e.g., Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Risk Management, Change Management, and deliverables)
• Ability to produce project deliverables such as milestone charts, burn down reports, and project status overview
• Ability to understand high level technical concepts and provide briefings to senior leadership
• Coordinate with Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, ExOs, and staff to provide meeting and scheduling requirements
• Ability to anticipate, identify, track, and mitigate project risks and scope creep
• Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features
• Experience managing projects, including project scope, timelines, and project resources
• Coordinate with senior level managers to develop and/or prepare briefers, and review high-level presentations and briefings

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (Requirements):

• Must have a high level of problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a fast paced startup is highly desirable - especially with founder experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience configuring and supporting Healthcare infrastructure
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and creating process from chaos
• A positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to deal with a large variety of personalities
