The Senior Director of Business Solutions and Development is responsible for managing all enterprise business, data, and development systems, including core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, from implementation to decommission. The Sr Director ensures systems are managed securely and meet all compliance regulations. This individual will direct the organization's reporting, analytics, application, and development planning efforts to support TEL company goals and deliver business outcomes. The right individual will earn trust with local and overseas leadership by establishing clear business cases, value propositions and measures of success for software and supporting technology and delivering as committed. This leader will set the future state strategy and approach for internal technology while improving the user experience and employee productivity. They will set priorities for project implementation and develop technology roadmaps that align to meet corporate goals. This role will also be responsible for setting development and programming standards across the organization and deepening the programming and development expertise within the organization. This role requires effective coordination, collaboration, and a strong mix of business acumen and technical/application expertise with focus on understanding technology, data, software development, and reporting. In partnership with business and other technical functions, they ensure requirements are well understood and validated and facilitate development of process improvement strategies and technology roadmaps in support of business objectives and strategies. This individual is responsible for driving the data strategy, including data warehouse, analytics, and reporting architecture, implementation, and development. Their organization is responsible for developing solutions that provide operational, quantitative, and qualitative data analysis that users can easily consume. This role is a senior leader of the Information Systems organization and is a manager of senior managers and/or directors. This role reports directly to the VP of Information Technology.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and senior executives
• 5+ years of experience managing, coaching, and development of managers and/or senior technologists
• Experience working in a high-tech industry (semi-conductors, robotics, compute, etc.)
• Project and program management expertise (waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• 12+ years of experience in at least two of the following disciplines: software development, data warehouse, data analytics, business intelligence, business solutions and applications, or ERP environments
• Bachelor's degree or professional work; or equivalent experience, required (advanced degree preferred)
• Hands-on experience with cloud compute preferred
