Rightworks is a certified minority-owned business looking to bring on several 1099 remote full desk recruiters. We provide the tools & support, you keep 60% of fees on orders that you bring in & close. This is a full-desk independent contractor role: You bring in the positions, we provide the tools & tech stack, you fill the role, you keep 60%. Set your own schedule, as much or as little as you want with no hard KPI's. We also offer splits if you are looking to do either just Business Development or just Recruiting.

Do you want a low hourly commitment of bringing in 200k in fees a year? You keep 60%, or 120k.

Are you looking to really ramp up at 400k in fees a year? You keep 60%, or 240k.

Are you a star in this industry and can bring in 500k in fees or more? You keep 60%, or 300k.

Note: This role is 80% business development, creating a new recruiting desk from scratch.
