Job Description
Edoxx Technical Services LLC is a US Company based in Houston, Texas, with access to +350 highly experienced and advanced Engineers and Technicians delivering know-how and expertise in Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering. Other related fields such as Projects Control, QA/QC Inspection, 3D Geometrical and Intelligent Modeling, and Drafting are also available.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales in the petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the petrochemical industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Generate leads and conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the petrochemical industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop targeted sales strategies based on market analysis.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of the petrochemical industry, including market trends, products, and competitors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
