Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to hubs in Austin and San Francisco, which are now home to our US operations. So whether you're in Texas or California, you have choice in where and how you work in each of those states. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.


What You’d Be Doing In This Role


As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.


The Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a meaningful role in continuing to drive the success of our sales and success team by using data-driven insights, building playbooks, and being the conduit between growth, data, engineering and sales & success, to ultimately build the best product-led sales prospecting engine.


At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On


  • Maintain and take ownership of our outbound prospecting engine, continuously reporting on wins, areas for improvement, and driving iterative enhancements
  • Continue to drive our product-led sales motion, and deeply understanding (and building on) our user personas (buyer, influencer, champion, detractor etc.)
  • Building out outstanding content and copy that can be used in outreach sequences, with the goal of automating (but maintaining hyper personalization) the initial outreach to our users
  • Serve as a trusted conduit between many internal teams
  • Identify key themes, data points, and hand raising signals to develop useful playbooks for the sales team
  • Identify areas of improvement in the outbound sales process and work proactively to address them, ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Work closely with the GTM Program Lead and key team members to quickly implement changes, feedback and improvements based on the performance of our playbooks


You're Probably a Match If


  • You have experience in working with engineering, data and product
  • You are an exceptional communicator and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners
  • You have 5+ years working in Sales or success ideally within a product-led sales org
  • You have an analytical approach and enjoy identifying trends and patterns in data sets.
  • You are proactive and self-motivated, ability to thrive with a new team
  • You have the ability to think strategically and implement tactically
  • You possess a deep understanding of product-led growth and sales strategies
  • Your technical mentality allows you to deep dive into our existing sales tooling (SFDC, Outreach, Pocus)
