Description
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth. Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and leverage testing and experimentation to drive marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services, understand industry trends, and take action to address market opportunities, challenges, or obstacles.
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the company website.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing and our media agency to develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that effectively drive sales and promote our brand and products across various paid channels, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging media platforms.
- Identify target audiences and develop strategies to attract and acquire new guests. Utilize data-driven insights and market research to optimize guest acquisition campaigns and increase conversion rates.
- Develop project plans and timelines for special projects to be managed, coordinated, and completed.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and marketing trends. Identify and implement innovative tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, automation, and personalization.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and keep executive leadership informed of any personnel, material or other shortfalls that may impact key deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including experimentation and multivariate creative testing.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Highly data-driven and analytical with a test-and-learn mentality and the ability to turn findings into actions to improve performance.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and platforms, including traditional, digital, social media, and emerging trends.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavior, and consumer insights as well as proficiency in data analysis, research methodologies, and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles in hospitality, retail, or CPG with a focus on media strategy, guest acquisition, research, data, and technology integration.
