Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Director of Marketing as they launch into the US.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company in hyper-growth as they launch their women’s health portfolio into the cosmetic surgery and reconstruction industries in the US market following FDA approval. This role carries a crucial responsibility for leading the marketing activities across the US market, being at the helm of the launch of the product portfolio into the market whilst also bringing new concepts to the industry and the opportunity to change the narrative.
The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth in the US market.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, trade shows, and collaborative partnerships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing B2B, B2B2C, and direct-to-consumer.
- Driving the launch of the company into the US whilst driving and pioneering change in the industry with unique strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
To be considered for the role, your profile must closely match the following criteria:
- Bring strategic alignment and opportunity management, transforming challenges and opportunities.
- Drive and motivation to join a fast-paced environment, being a part of both the build of the business and the launch of innovation.
- 10+ years of successful marketing experience, including 5 years in aesthetics, luxury cosmetics, or dermo-cosmetics industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing both B2B and DTC marketing strategies.
- Ability to design a go-to marketing strategy and successfully execute on the strategic plan
- Experience leading a regional marketing team, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
