Marketing Strategist - Growth at Limetree, LLC. (remote, with preference for Dallas, TX or Plano, TX)


As a prospective and current client-facing Marketing Strategist, you will be a driving force in


connecting Limetree’s performance insights into actionable marketing initiatives with a focus


on supporting our growth within our business development and strategy teams. Your role will


encompass developing and managing top-tier marketing programs across the customer lifecycle.


You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, creatives, psychologists, and clients to shape the


forefront of personalized behavioral science in marketing.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and refine client programs through test-and-learn methodologies.
  • Analyze and communicate results of data-driven tests, proposing and implementing enhancements.
  • Provide data-backed solutions directly to clients and company leadership.
  • Uphold the quality and credibility of business insights.
  • Champion Limetree's science-driven marketing processes, infusing data and behavioral science into campaigns and activities.
  • Generate and prioritize novel marketing concepts integrating data and behavioral science.
  • Lead proposal development and presentations for potential clients, working with business development, creative and account teams to deliver insightful approaches to solving challenges.
  • Collaborate with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver improved approaches highlighting opportunities to expand activities and strategies.


Requirements


To be successful in those tasks, we’re looking for some important experience:


  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing solutions that have been able to be applied across marketing with proven performance, with a preference given to solutions that drove growth in a B2B services-driven company.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to driving marketing excellence.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, statistical analysis, and business insights. Our best wins are situations where we solve a problem.
  • Experience in developing innovative, data-informed strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to clients and teams.
  • Ability to adapt and refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • First and foremost, be a great teammate willing to proactively step up when needed.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for creative and data-driven marketing and solutions.
