Senior Director, Global Delivery Operations

Bounteous, the essential digital innovation partner to the world’s most ambitious companies, is looking for a world-class Senior Director, Global Delivery Operations to join our team and help unlock global, strategic growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for maturing and expanding our fast-growing Global Delivery practice - delivering incremental growth from our diverse global delivery workforce, Integrated Global Client plans, workforce planning, sales strategies, Global Delivery thought leadership, ambassadorship, and Co-Innovation visioning and output for the Bounteous portfolio of global clients.
This critical role will partner closely with Business Unit Managing Directors, Practice Leads, Growth, Talent & Culture, Finance & Operations, and executive and senior leadership teams to develop, maintain, and achieve an annual plan for Global Delivery across our Bounteous client portfolio for both current and targeted global clients.
Key success indicators for the role include growing and retaining a global team of talented professionals, implementation of a global delivery engagement model, driving growth in profit margin through smart pricing and efficient delivery, building global delivery pipeline, ensure forecast quality, help with the identification of quantifiable client case studies, world-class client NPS scores, and to attract and retain top talent that believe in and are committed to the Bounteous Co-Innovation story, as well as the ability to keep the needs of our people, clients, and investors in balance.
Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years in a leadership role building high-performing teams and a demonstrated commitment to developing a successful, industry-leading consulting practice
• Proven ability to shape, design, and run the strategic planning process and propose meaningful, high-impact digital strategies and solutions using modern techniques, data, collaboration, and buy-in
• Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, and collaborative skills
• An ability to form strong relationships with leadership of our Global Delivery network, particularly in India and LATAM
• Demonstrated ability to drive deals and partnerships, sell digital engagements, weave a compelling narrative, grow and sustain business, and serve as a long-tenured, client partner
• A proven track record of creating opportunities and delivering results in a very competitive environment, as well as managing the operations of fast-growing business (organic growth and strategic M&A) and proven ability to drive revenue results
• Master’s degree a plus
• A deep understanding of the dynamics of various Global Delivery solutions
• Contributions to thought leadership, publications, white papers, and industry eminence
• A track record of executive-level operational experience and excellence in a fast-growth, private equity-backed organization preferred
• 7+ years of experience working in a digital-first agency or consulting environment and managing global delivery initiatives
• Deep experience directly driving global delivery business solutions, delivering superior customer experiences, and executing successful digital transformation programs for a world-class client roster
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and deal-making skills
• Multi-lingual: Spanish strongly preferred; Tamil a plus
