Title: Senior Director, Delivery Lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

The Senior Director, Delivery is responsible for overseeing and leading teams to deliver large project(s) for clients, and manages schedules, financials, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The Senior Director, Delivery identifies and addresses potential issues and risks that may impact project deliverables and serves as the point of escalation for project related activities, and is the escalation point for the Customer. The Senior Director may be expected to work across multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Makes personnel and staffing decisions on behalf of the practice
• Manages the engagement contract and Statement of Work
• Sets and continually manages project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
• Contributes IP back to Delivery practice
• Assumes people management responsibilities including, but not limited to, the management of direct reports, writing and conducting annual performance reviews, managing underperformance, and serving as a hiring manager
• Reports to Services leadership on project results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Perform other related duties and activities as require
• Mentors project team members
• Identifies and develops trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and university stakeholders
• Responsible for meeting specific revenue targets within the Services organization
• Identifies and addresses potential issues and risks that may impact project deliverables,
• Oversee the day-to-day project activities and deliverables, including manages schedules, financials, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
• Serves as the point of escalation for project related activities, and for the Customer.
• Responsible for overseeing and leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients
• May work across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Manages project scope and changes
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders

WHAT YOU’VE DONE: 

• 5+ years of experience leading the delivery of SaaS based solutions
• Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Track record of leading $10M+/annually in professional services revenue while meeting/exceeding margin commitments
• Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget
• 15+ years of Project Management / Delivery Lead experience in the implementation of P&C insurance software applications
• 3+ years of experience in navigating meetings with C-level executives driving business and technology outcomes
• 5+ years of experience managing globally distributed delivery teams
• Experience managing the performance of others

• Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Superior skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience managing a client

• Travel: 25-50%
