THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst for our Global Analytics team in the United States!
The Global Analytics team is part of the Product and Technology team at Gympass. In GA (Global Analytics), we serve as the bridge between technology and business areas, in connecting Gympassers to the data and visualizations they need. We are developing scalable solutions that make every business area more productive, assuring user-friendly, data-driven, and confident data products, for efficient and measurable work of the business areas. As a business operations analyst you will be supporting the Analytics Operations team as we provide a holistic perspective about how all the moving parts should tie together and systematize it into a functioning data and analytics program.
You will collaborate across other areas of Global Analytics, Data Engineering, Information Security, and business analysts to keep all players coordinated on progress and deadlines, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
YOUR IMPACT
  • Stay on top of program initiatives schedules providing clarity of risks,deadlines and efforts to stakeholders
  • Creation and optimization of processes and routines in the Analytics Operations area
  • Have an end-to-end oversight of the projects while keeping all players coordinated on its progress and deadlines, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management when needed and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints with guidance of the product leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Manager, Engineering, Data and UX teams to ensure that necessary deliverables are worked into their plans
  • Monitor and give visibility to OKRs, initiative status, agile metrics identifying bottlenecks, and engage the teams on opportunities of improvements
  • Be accountable for planning, launching, project managing, and reporting key cross-functional initiatives for the Search Intelligence team defined in collaboration with Product leadership inside the PD team, Identifying and prioritizing requirements by estimating and measuring business impact
  • Contribute to the area's KPI's, ensuring the evolution and proposing actions to ensure the delivery of our results
  • Work cross-functionally to guide initiatives from conception to launch by connecting the technical and product worlds
Who You Are
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (sheets, docs, calendars), JIRA, Confluence, Trello and other project management and communication tools
  • 2-4 years of work experience plus a completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including previous experience collaborating across teams, and organizational boundaries to achieve shared wins
  • You are experienced in how to track project progress on a regular basis and make adjustments for timely completions and escalate through leadership when necessary.
  • Ability to speak English fluently
  • Passion for working with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure that team operations are optimized and efficient.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is USD $88704 - $110880. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
