Job Purpose:
This high profile and high business impact role will lead the transformation of HR Service Delivery focusing on implementing organizational effectiveness practices across HR including HR digital, total reward operations, programs and services.
The role holder overview:
The role holder brings will have a passion for excellence in service delivery and is able to cut through issues to drive impact and outcomes which have high business impact. The role holder can influence in a complex organisation and will be able to flex between leading the strategy, to taking a very hands-on approach to execution and implementation.. Success in the role requires proactivity, the ability to think ahead, build credible relationships with leaders and functions.
- Propose and implement agreed upon competitive compensation programs to attract, retain and provide incentive for team members to maximize productivity.
- BVNA HR service delivery and operations, including process execution, risk and compliance, HR technology and data strategy and strategic partner/vendor management
- Lead people analytics strategy and drive development of roadmap for leveraging people analytics to drive business outcomes
- Provide leadership support for the implementation of business process optimization and governance model
- Drive globally consistent and standard practice and procedure to enable HRBPs to effectively support their business operations to create value
- Create innovation roadmap for BVNA HR technology, including overall governance model
- Drive a continuous improvement strategy based on stakeholder feedback
- Standardize and implement Banding and Grading across BVNA
- Drive key HR initiatives including but not limited to performance management, compensation strategies, rewards & recognition, and organizational effectiveness.
- Create and drive strategic HR roadmap for process excellence, optimization and simplification – Assess total HR functional model for strategic fit
- Oversee team BVNA employee programs, policies, and processes, including proposing updates and/or new solutions, while ensuring consistent application.
- Collaborate with the Benefits team to ensure that benefit plan delivery meets BVNA objectives, employee needs, interests, and perceived values.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate, federal and state requirements in conjunction with HR Shared Service
