Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify problems and needs, and implement effective solutions to drive success.
• Utilize your technical acumen to address technical challenges and support the team as needed.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including finding potential investors.
• Collaborate with the executive team to make strategic decisions and shape the company's direction.
• Organize and structure the company and its members to enhance collaboration and communication.
• Drive process automation and efficiency to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Take charge of financial choices and ensure prudent financial management.
• Lead and optimize various operational areas, including HR, recruitment, and daily operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing accomplishments in optimizing processes and fostering collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of making impactful strategic decisions and managing financial resources effectively.
• Demonstrated success in finding investors and driving the growth of a startup or a company.
• 8+ years of experience in roles encompassing HR, management, recruitment, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.

• 10+ years of experience in roles encompassing HR, management, recruitment, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.

• Proven ability to identify problems and needs and deliver effective solutions.
