Our Client: An American multinational technology corporation that provides on-demand cloud computing platforms and APIs to individuals, companies, and governments, on a metered pay-as-you-go basis. These cloud computing web services provide distributed computing processing capacity and software tools that are used everywhere.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Event Content Project Manager that can help build and execute content across large-scale global events geared at technical and business audiences across government, education, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to manage agenda creation and programming to address the growing demand across the globe for our client's technical content that resonates with public sector organizations at different phases of their journey with our client. You will work to ensure content timelines are met and ensure quality control of content. Our client is looking for folks that are able to work with event speakers including c-suite customers and internal technical experts.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, extremely organized individual with experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe. You should have a track record of building content, managing against tight timelines, juggling multiple programs simultaneously, be highly organized, and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. You will utilize your attention to detail, your experience in program and project management, and your excellent communication skills to ensure high quality results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support speaker management, including: session rehearsals, speaker communications, and providing speaker support
• Analyze content and speaker performance to support content strategy based on trending topics and customer needs
• Execute production and delivery of breakout content for our client's events (targeting 8,000 attendees)
• Work directly with content lead and session owners to identify deliverables and deadlines, communicate expectations, and deliver results
• Oversee event logistics related to breakout sessions, including: content delivery and reviews (titles, abstracts, slides) and session programming

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in related areas of project management, event management, content management, or marketing.
• Experience with content management in Airtable
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• Experience working with global field marketing team
• 3+ years of corporate events experience
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale events

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Marketo
• Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services
