The Senior Benefits Manager position will report to the VP of Total Rewards (located in France) and will be a key contributor to our Total Rewards Team.
This position will need to be based in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeastern region of the United States and can be a remote-based position.
What you’ll do:
- Develop continuous improvement in TR processes and employees’ experience.
- Work in collaboration with the Finance to develop an annual benefits budget.
- Works closely with global brokers and vendors on a regular basis.
- Act as a project manager on benefit initiatives such annual benefit renewals in various geographies.
- Roll out the TR strategy and Benefits policies across multiple geographies to drive consistency across Dataiku.
- Partners with People Business Partners, People Operations and Payroll Team to implement and execute the operational aspects of benefits.
- Prepares executive summaries of renewals, benefit plan performance, and recommendations to present to the management team.
- Work with internal legal counsel to ensure compliance of plans.
What we’re looking for:
- Influencing skills with a business partner mindset.
- 6+ years experience in Benefits in an international environment.
- Previous experience in international standardization and harmonization.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Analytical skills, capacity to drive recommendations.
- Someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
Dataiku also offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer paid disability coverage, and additional health and wellbeing perks and benefits. US only national base pay ranges
$145,000—$170,000 USD
