We are looking for a detail-oriented benefits analyst to be responsible for the planning and administration of our employee benefit programs. You will be working closely with our human resources and payroll departments to coordinate the daily processing of benefits and own the daily administration of our 401K plan. You will also be responsible for researching benefit plans, communicating with employees, and resolving any benefit-related issues.
To be successful as a benefits administrator, you should have strong organizational skills and stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and market trends. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with other departments and external service providers.
Role + Purpose:
- Workers Comp admin, reviewing policy and working with vendor
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, LOA, COBRA and vendor updates (as needed)
- Process weekly invoicing and submission to finance
- Compliance reporting as needed
- Own daily/weekly 401K administration, reporting, overall plan maintenance and manage formal audit process. Participate in committee meetings.
- Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Administer Leave of Absence, determine eligibility and coordinate all aspects from initiation to return
- Collaborate/Audit with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in benefits surveys as needed
- Maintain and update employee records and benefits actions in Workday
- Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs. Help develop content for new communication platform (Belong)
- Partner with HRIS team in completing tier 1 & Tier 2 level tasks and ensuring proper processes are in place and are administered accurately.
Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
- Strong MS Excel Skills. Workday Experience Preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities.

Salary Range: $80,800.00 - $100,000
