Overview A Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing the employee benefits program for a company. This includes researching, analyzing, and evaluating benefits plans and programs, as well as developing and implementing new benefits plans and programs. The Senior Benefits Analyst also works with other departments to ensure that the benefits program is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating employee benefits plans and programs. This includes researching and evaluating existing benefits plans and programs, as well as developing and implementing new benefits plans and programs. The Senior Benefits Analyst also works with other departments to ensure that the benefits program is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Benefits Analyst is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the benefits program, including administering the program, tracking employee enrollment and eligibility, and responding to employee inquiries. • Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to develop and implement new benefits plans and programs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g. CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employee benefits plans and programs
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Experience developing and implementing new benefits plans and programs
• Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a benefits program
Job Responsibilities
• Research, analyze, and evaluate existing benefits plans and programs
• Develop and implement new benefits plans and programs
• Ensure that the benefits program is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the benefits program
