Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with Executive and subsidiary plans as needed.
  • Participate in special Human Resources and Benefits projects such as payroll changes and project teams for acquisitions.
  • Review invoices and submit for payment.
  • Collaborate on financial wellness activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of 401(k) contribution and loan information in Workday, ADP and recordkeeping system.
  • Provide retirement plan support, training, and troubleshooting to designated businesses.
  • Key contact for enrollment, plan inquiries and issue research resolution for TSMs, Human Resources, management and vendors.
  • 401(k) new hire process-communication and eligibility verification.
  • Support annual 401(k) audit.
  • Review weekly error reports and troubleshoot.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Recordkeeping portal; Fidelity experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Workday and ADP Payroll preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Position requires an in depth knowledge of retirement benefits

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically, four to seven years of related retirement benefits experience.


PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

SKILL: Knowledge within own discipline and developing basic knowledge of organization, processes and customers. Good judgment, sound analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required to perform tasks. Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of routine and non-routine issues.


COMPLEXITY:

Work on problems of moderate scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve a range of straightforward problems; may recommend solutions to business challenges. Demonstrate good judgment within defined procedures and practices for obtaining solutions. Build productive internal/external working relationships.

SUPERVISION: Receive a moderate level of instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. Assignments can be broad in nature.


PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.


The posted range for this position is $48,960- $85,680, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
